There are a lot of exercises and routines I have done over the years, either in the pursuit of athletic performance in a competitive setting or, more recently, to enhance my general health and fitness and, erm, aesthetics. I hope to be able to share some of my various training pursuits and encourage you to start or continue your own, and point you to valuable resources whether you are a beginner or a seasoned professional athlete.
