While any “meal” can easily be considered a “snack”, and any “snack” a “meal,” these posts feature recipes that generally are less-portable than many of the grab-and-go options in the Nutritious Noshes section (although there’s always Tupperware for meals on the run). These “sit-down” meals feature more meat and fish-based protein sources and fresh produce. I would consider these to be more “conventional” or “traditional” lunches and suppers, although that’s not to say they wouldn’t serve equally well as pre- or post-workout or anytime snacks!
